Die Sommerwerkstatt ist eine langjährige Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Universitäten Göttingen und Bern. Sie ist im Zusammenhang des Projektes «Ratio Religionis» entstanden.
Sommerwerkstatt 2026:14.-17. Juli 2026
In diesem Jahr widmen wir uns dem vielschichtigen und schwer fassbaren Textkorpus, das der pythagoreischen Tradition zugeschrieben wird und dessen Wurzeln bis in den Hellenismus zurückreichen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei Texte aus dem Zeitraum vom 1. Jahrhundert v. Chr. bis zum 2. Jahrhundert n. Chr. Ziel ist es, zu einem besseren Verständnis der Rolle beizutragen, die diese Texte in der Geschichte der antiken Theologie im Allgemeinen und der platonischen Theologie im Besonderen spielen.

Costs: The costs for participation, including accommodation and meals, amount to 250€ / 233 CHF.

Sommerwerkstatt 2024: 4.-6. September 2024
The Summer Workshop 2024 took place from September 4 to 6, 2024 in Bad Alexandersbad.
The topic is letters in the Platonic tradition. We will look at texts of different lengths and with different intentions. We want to enter into conversation with the letter writers, trace their philosophical concerns, but also consider what significance the letter form has for the texts in question.
